FROM PICK UP TO DELIVERY 

First contact

You give us a clear description of the error by telephone, email or WhatsApp.

If this is a known or common error, we can immediately give you a price indication. In the event of an unclear or unknown error, we will make a price offer.

Pick up the device

​

Servimac instructs BPost, GLS or UPS to collect the device. You can only bring the device after telephone contact.

Sending the device – what to include ?

- Navigation DVD or SD card

- Short description of the error + Contact person

- Code of the device

Repair & Quotation

​

Upon arrival, the device is thoroughly checked, repaired or a price quote is made.

If the price is higher than originally determined or the device is irreparable, you will be contacted by telephone. We can then replace or exchange the device. However, this is not possible for all types of devices.

Duration of the repair & Warranty

​

We try to return a received device that can be repaired in our own workshop within 1 to 2 working days. Appliances that are repaired at the manufacturer or brand, the waiting time is 10 to 15 working days.

We will send you the repaired device back via BPost, GLS or UPS. 

Each device has a 1-year warranty for repair, exchange or sale.
